Kiel is a copper-coated fleece, which offers many possible uses, especially in EMC shielding. In conjunction with an adhesive layer on the back, it is used in many places as wallpaper for shielded rooms, laid under carpets to shield radiation from below, or also glued to door frames. Kiel also serves as the inner lining of shielded boxes and bags. Due to the existing textile properties, Kiel is very flexible and therefore able to line all forms of the existing surface.
