I would like to make for my daughter undershirt from stretching fabric. Which material is best to use. Will that be soft and not scratchy? How will washing affect it? Is there any better / another solutions how to protect her, since she wants to become pregnant. Thank you a lot.
The best material to use is SilverCloth Jersey. It is certified according to Oeko Tex®Standard 100. It is used as a fabric for sewing clothes with protection from EMF. It can be washed in a washing machine at Machine wash up to 30°C with mild detergent. You should not use fabric softener.
