How to Measure Yourself for the Best Fit:

Use a flexible measuring tape to take your body measurements, then compare them to the garment dimensions in the chart above. All measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat.

You will need: A flexible measuring tape.

A: Body Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder (where the seam would sit) straight down to where you want the shirt to end at your hip or waist.

B: Chest: Measure across the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, from seam to seam. This is a "flat" measurement, so you'll need to double it for the full circumference.

C: Waist: Measure across the narrowest part of the garment, usually around the belly button area, from seam to seam. Double this for the full circumference.

D: Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.
