    How to Measure Yourself for the Best Fit:

    Use a flexible measuring tape to take your body measurements, then compare them to the garment dimensions in the chart above. All measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat.

    You will need: A flexible measuring tape.

    A: Body Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder (where the seam would sit) straight down to where you want the shirt to end at your hip or waist.

    B: Chest Circumference: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits. Compare this to twice the “Chest Width” in the chart.

    C: Waist Width: Measure across the narrowest part of the shirt, near the bottom hem. Double this for circumference.

    D: Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

    Pro Tip: If you're between sizes, choose based on how you prefer your fit: closer or roomier.

    What are the fabric care instructions? ▶
    Wash gently at 30°C / 86°F using standard mild detergents that contain no optical brighteners or harsh chemicals. A higher washing temperature is not needed due to the product's antibacterial characteristics. We recommend using Texcare® detergent for best results. Avoid bleach, salts, vinegar, chlorine-based cleaners, disinfectants, or fabric softeners, as higher temperatures or harsh agents are unnecessary and can affect fabric performance (the silver coating will be damaged and lose its functionality). Do not iron, tumble dry, or use chemical dry cleaning. Hang dry, without direct and constant sunlight, since direct heat can destroy the garment's sensitive shielding surface.
    How long does the shielding effectiveness last? ▶
    With proper care, the shielding remains effective for years. Avoid harsh detergents and excessive heat to extend the fabric's lifespan.
    How much stretch does the fabric offer? ▶
    The fabric provides double-directional stretch (two-way stretch), with elongation ranging from 55–205% in the warp direction and 85–125% in the weft direction.
    Is this fabric suitable for sensitive skin? ▶
    Yes, Med-tex P130 fabric is designed to be skin-friendly. The silver is naturally antimicrobial and is integrated into the yarn, minimizing irritation. It's also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, ensuring no harmful substances.
    Durability & natural properties of silver products? ▶
    The silver in our products is integrated directly into the yarn, not merely coated, so it won't flake, peel, or rub off, maintaining its shielding performance and softness even after repeated washing. It's important to note that silver products have a natural, limited lifespan, depending on usage and movement. Discolouration over time is a natural characteristic of silver and not a quality defect. Furthermore, we do not use nano-silver technology in our products.
